Nicole Nave is the active Executive Director of the Women’s Debate Institute. Nicole graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in nonprofit management. While pursuing her undergraduate education she debated and reached historic competitive heights. An excellent, nationally ranked collegiate competitor Nicole was the first black woman to unite the crowns winning the CEDA national championship and the ADA national championship in 2017. Nicole’s career as a high school coach has been just as successful coaching students from North Star Academy in LD and Policy to reach new heights. Today she continues her involvement with collegiate policy debate as a coach at Baylor University while she completes her MA in Communication.
