2020 Camp Announcement

After careful consultation with our board members regarding the health and safety of everyone within the WDI community, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Flagship Program scheduled for August 8th-12th in Whitehouse, Texas.

Following increased and overwhelming concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, we felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation.

We are very disappointed that we are unable to hold this year’s camp for Highschool students and Collegiate Scholars. We apologize for any financial and personal inconveniences this may have caused but know this decision is the best based on the information we have today.

Our team will be reaching out directly to Alumni, Students, Parents, Donors, Partners and the Community with information about our future programming. We will be coordinating with members of the board and staff for an online experience throughout the summer. Please stay on the lookout for upcoming announcements and news regarding this year’s summer programming!  All updates can be found at the womensdebateinstitute.org.

We thank everyone who shared interest in our programs this year. We look forward to providing you with a variety of interesting, engaging and educational online experiences to participate in throughout the summer.
